i. Filing & First Stage Resolution Fee

• Payable upon filing (Paragraph 5.1):
- Includes $1,500 non-refundable administrative fee for initial assessment of the complaint by ASC (Paragraph 5.2).
- Includes fee ($6,500 for Members, $10,500 for Non-Members) for First Stage Resolution: refundable if complaint is not accepted for review under the Procedure by ASC (Paragraph 5.3).
- Thereafter, non-refundable in all cases including those where parties reach a resolution without requiring a Resolution Meeting.

ii. Complaint Hearing Fee

• Payable a minimum of 5 working days prior to the Hearing.
- If the Procedure is cancelled a minimum of five (5) working days in advance of the Hearing, and prior to ASC's receipt and distribution of evidence (Paragraph 6.6), a portion of the Complaint Hearing Fee will be refunded to the complainant: $4,200 for Members; $6,300 for Non-Members.

iii. Reactivating the Procedure Fee (Reactivation Fee)
